You can pass a test and still not believe I can drive.

The licence is useful. It is a snapshot. About 30 minutes. Pressure. A government look.
It is not L4.
L1 is you and the car.
L2 is signs, lines, laws.
L3 is traffic and patterns.
L4 is Wrong and keeping clear of it. The stuff the test barely touches.
Industry sells the snapshot. I sell the life skill.
We build skillsets first. Belief first. Calm first. Then you book when you already know you can handle the car. If you need another try, you persist. It gets resolved.
After that you can drive for decades.
Clients light up when they feel I know I can do this. That is the cheer I listen for.
A licence is a door.
Freedom is walking through it and staying on the road.
